My research focuses on evidence-grounded misinformation detection and automated fact-checking with large language models.
Lin Jiannan is a graduate student at the SHEIN-MING WU School of Intelligent Engineering, South China University of Technology. His research focuses on misinformation detection and automated fact-checking using large language models. In particular, he is interested in retrieving reliable external evidence, analyzing the stance and relevance of evidence, and improving the ability of large language models to reason over multiple pieces of potentially incomplete or conflicting information. His work aims to develop more accurate, interpretable, and evidence-grounded systems for verifying real-world claims.
